Template allows you to create an ideal emergence profile around an implant in any tooth position, during either single-stage implantation or the uncovering of osseointegrated implants

Required Components
Implant analogTemporary abutment or platform ( Non Hex preferred ) with a screwLight-cured nano-hybrid flowable composite resinPolishing system
ProcessFix the platform (temporary abutment) into the implant analog using a locking screw.Sandblast the platform with 50 μm aluminum oxide.Place the connected parts into the recess according to the implant's position in the dental arch.Fill the space around the platform with flowable composite. Light-cure for 40 seconds.Remove from the template and light-cure for an additional 40 seconds.Polish the composite profile using a polishing system.Unscrew the custom healer from the implant analog and fix it onto the implant in the oral cavity with a torque of 10–15 N·cm.
The use of a bone profiler (e.g., ZBLC Kit) is recommended for subcrestally placed implants before seating the healing abutment.
